Govind Sonecha is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Maharashtra University. He secured 44th rank all over India in CA Inter Examination.

He is a founder partner of Sonecha & Amlani. He is member of Jamnagar chamber of Commerce and Industries and also a member of Income tax practitioners' association.

He has rich experience in the field of Direct Taxes, Business advisory & consultancy services. Apart from advising clients on various issues in the matter of Direct Taxes , he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings, appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Over the year of his involvement he has taken active steps in driving client confidence and relationship.
